Hi whitcomb3, The artist Korina is about my favourite. Thanks for the compliment Jonathan, though, the praise belongs to Hamer, as these are all their Custom designs by Jol, Frank & the team. I just saw them at the NAMM show & had to have them!!!

The Victory inlay is made up of three pieces, the two outside trapezoids and a center triangle. The inlay pattern on this guitar (two posts up) is the center inlay triangle except on the twelfth fret. Here's a pic that may illustrate it better:

So they essentially just leave off the two outside pieces on every inlay except the 12th fret. For sure it's less work, but probably an up-charge.

Has the Australian currency strengthend against the US dollar, as has the Canadian - what - loonie? If so, the US guitars are now 30% cheaper than they were five years ago. I have a German friend who buys on Ebay, has them delivered to me, and he takes them back after a visit as used guitars. If he doesn't like them, he flips them in Germany for a hefty price. I got to play a nice red 335 for two months once 'til he came over and got it. He has built up quite a collection this way.
