killerteddybear Posted July 22, 2020 Author Posted July 22, 2020 Maybe, here's a pic that pops up for 'Brian Baker Hamer'- photo notes say 1991 with the band Junkyard.

I doubt another person by that name put in a custom order for a goldtop Sunburst Archtop Custom with 2 knobs and pup switch in a line and their name on the headstock. And if you've seen him live, you know he likes goldies! He also had an SG at some point with two knobs removed, IIRC, so the switch hole-delete and relocation with only two knobs wouldn't be out of character.

BadgerDave Posted July 24, 2020 Posted July 24, 2020 Cool guitar and a reasonable price. My only reservation would be dealing with a seller who describes that repaired decapitation as "a crack at the nut".

When you can also see the damage through on the other side of the headstock {"Face"].............................that's a little more than a "CRACK AT THE NUT".
bubs_42 Posted July 24, 2020 Posted July 24, 2020 ITS FLIPPING $500, just buy the damn thing. Repair looks solid and ready to go, even without a name on the headstock its worth it.
