I bought the same pedal from the eBay Seller weekend0721, which is the same guy who was selling these in the springtime.  It died and he refunded the $ to me and I bought another from him.   If you want it to repair the dead one or use as a paperweight, you can have it for $8 paypal gift and I'll mail it to you.

Looks like he’s back in full swing.

I bought two when the fever was upon us - one went on a shelf and one to immediate service - and it’s been killer. I should prob just check the 2nd one to make sure it works, duh 🙄 😂

But an adult student of mine just ordered one from the same seller, here’s hoping it’s a good one 👍

I bought one and liked it quite a bit. Also bought the Joyo version, which ended up sounding exactly the same, so I sold the Klone.  The Joyo sits right on top of my amp and is almost never switched off.  I love how my Supersonic sounds on the clean channel with the pedal giving me just a little breakup.

I just bought an Origin Marshall 50wt combo and it just sounds incredible with the "Klone".

I have an Origin 50 head and hit it with a Nux Horseman klone, I dig it.

Me too, my friend.  Kind of Schenker-esque in my estimation.

Interesting! I’ve been looking at that amp to use with my Allmans Tribute; Two other different independent sources have recommended the Origin50 to me. I apologize if it’s a tangent, but what do you like/not like about it?

I have the 20 watt head. Primary benefits are that you can get a reasonably accurate edge-of-breakup Malcolm Young clang and not spend a grand in the process.

I'm probably not the best person to ask. I've mostly been using modeling gear for the last 20 years or so and the only tube amp I've owned in that time is a 5150 head.

I like the power scaling but even at its lowest setting it still is pretty loud, I picked up a used Weber attenuator and that works well.

As the professor noted it it's real easy to plug in and get some legit Young Brothers going, I think it'd do fine for Allman Brothers.

That's interesting.   What's the first modeling/amp sim thing you used?

Yamaha DG-1000 preamp. I did have a spell where I was using a Peavey Rockmaster preamp but that's still pretty different from something like the Marshall Origin.

Yup.  I started with an original Flextone combo.  Stupidly, I traded it for the Flextone II that sucked.  Got rid of that and started coaching high school baseball.  Didn't gig for about three years.  Then came the Flextone III.  I used that for years.  I put a gold leaf Marshall logo on the front of it and nobody knew.  The next jump was to the Line 6 Firehawk combo.  My first foray into downloading patches from other players.  It was just too fucking heavy.  Sounded really good, however.

At some point, I bought a Line 6 Helix.  I liked it,but sold it for a Headrush Pedalboard.  I loved the Headrush.  The IR's were killer and it sounded as good as any rig I'd ever played live.  But I went through three of them in 14 months.  The "Rainbow of Death" was a deal breaker.

Finally, BCR Greg told me that the Kemper Stage Profiler was the "greatest thing since sliced bread".  He was right.  I use Top Jimmy and Michael Britt (from Lonestar) profiles.  The amps sound like the amps they "profile".  And they react to the guitars I play and the volume and tone nuances.  Really fantastic.

I have the Origin 50 for noodling in my studio.  The PedalPad pedalboard I have coming is packed with a Strymon Blue Sky, Strymon El Capistan, and a Mini Vent III Leslie through the loop.  Guitar input goes into a Pitchblack tuner to a Friedman Wah into a LovePedal Purple Plexi w/ boost into a LovePedal Jubilee into the amp.

I doubt the aforementioned rig will replace the Kemper live.  In fact, I'm sure of it.

My philosophy is that good modeling rigs sound great in a live setting with everyone else playing.  Tube rigs with boutique effects sound way better, when the boys aren't around.  My two cents.

It's so great they are having a somewhat "family squabble" the past few years.  Michael always points out that Rudy doesn't play much lead guitar.  Certainly, a dig.

Rudy’s worth upwards of $100 million. So, Michael, dig away..!

I drank the kool aid and ordered one from Wish. It arrived today with a knob missing. Makes me wonder. If it works I’ll be happy. I did figure out their odd web site enough to contact them  “👋  This is Hari from Wish to provide you with help and happy support.

Sounds promising.

Oh well They won’t send a knob. I could return it if I wanted to. It works. I’ll keep it.
