  5. BTW of the 4 that I still have in the original picture posted, I sold the Korina, I’m not ready to part with any of them yet. 😎👍❤️🏁
  6. Visiting inlaws this weekend and spied this Vector case at Firehouse Guitars. Of course my feeble brain has since forgotten the price, sorry. Google search if interested.
  7. Hoping for healing and a good outcome for you
  8. Always sorry to hear of someone like you who is so gifted and skilled not being able to put their art into the world. I hope you can recover and as quickly as possible and get back to it.
  9. Met The Shark and had some great conversation. He is selling some beauties.
  10. I said to my wife last night watching this video, "This really makes me pissed that Radio Shack is gone because I could buy just the parts I need, not a bag of 100 of them."

  13. Speaking of the FX loop, you can take a short patch cable and jumper between the send and return and see if there is any change.
  14. Thanks. All the sockets are really tight, but it’s an easy thing to try and good practice for older tube amps. I also have the FX loop jacks to check out, could be oxidized. I opened the chassis when I got it, everything still looks new but it it’s over 10 years old. It was repaired in 2019 but the place that did the work doesn’t recall the details. The repair code indicated it was only a bench charge so nothing big at that time. i found the service manual online so I won’t be going in blind if it comes to that.
  15. I had to double back on this post. What do you mean you haven’t hear of it? Have you been under a rock? LOL Players have been in LOVE with the blues since the 60’s, and they have also been shredding them ever since. Blue 15 watts: The alnico of the Greenback in a lot of ways but not as much power handling and when subjected to volume or power sounds amazing right up to the point where its fails. Ruby 35 watts: If you want the compression of the blue, but with more power handling for your 1x12 combos or extention cabs. This one is the ticket, it has the right amount of heft, but also the right amount of compression that will get you that classic Blue tone, but tougher and more durable. Gold 50 watts: More midrange, more clarity, brighter, and with less compression. Great mix with a more laid back speaker like the G12H30. Cream 90 watts: Full sounding, great midrange, allows medium powered amps to do more of the work and project through an Alnico filter. Does a lot of things great. I have had them all, the Ruby is my favorite, because the low / mid powered amps just love it and it has the vintage compression, RNR vibe, with toughness to handle the gig. It’s the “Sweetspot” if you ask me, and I think that is what they were going for.
  16. The long wait is over and it was worth it. Bad-assery abounds with this one. Super comfy neck and the Floyd ain't just for looks; very responsive! The Gravelin is a perfect compliment and cleans up nicely with the EVH-eque rolling off on the volume.
