NTL haps 6/29 Sunburst for a Hamerhead

I have done up a few sunbursts, and each one is different, a story to tell, totally different then the other.

Quite amazing. And each one hand made, hand wired, setup, etc. I can see, feel that in each one.

This one, also has its own story. And will continue to do so.

And you can't see it, but the screw through the binding on the side wasn't that special, either.

WTF is wrong with some people?

Do they want a Les Paul so badly that they think they can fool themselves?

Good job Tim (and Jay)!

That is a thing of beauty...again.

The idea was to fix the problems while retaining it's age, so it'll still have some checking and bumps and bruises. A 'corrected relic'?

Can't wait to see it.

Jay told me what the neck pickup was, but I don't remember.......the bridge is a Super Distortion that appeared to be original.

Got it on Friday. It is very well done. No more holes in the face, fixed (spectacularly) a bad nut job, left some signs of wear and tear - very well done.

It plays great, but I haven't even plugged it in yet. Maybe tonight........

Jay did the same thing on a Sunburst for me. Let the original history of the instrument continue on. It is not relicing. Maybe he should call it testifying.
