  1. http://cgi.ebay.com/2001-HAMER-ARTIST-ULTI...65494QQihZ011QQ Seems like a borderline ludricous price to me, plus it sound like the guy's willing to go lower? If only I didn't loath gold hardware (not too hot on the purfling either) -Austin
  2. I saw that this morning, and no, it's not worth close that (IMO) -Austin PS. I'm not familiar with SuperTramp (heard of 'em, but couldn't name a song by them), so I checked 'em out on Wikipedia. Holy Shit! I always though Give a Little Bit was an REO Speedwagon song!
  3. My '06 Studio has a bellycut. Necessary on that one since it has a Newport-thickness body. Don't really find them necessary on regular Studios though they're a nice-to-have. -Austin
  4. Sound Garden was better than both of them. T You stole my thunder! +1,000,000,000,000! -Austin
  5. Nice looking guitars! And 3 already! Looks like you'll fit in fine -Austin
  6. Good news. Glad you pulled through o.k. -Austin
  7. Semi-hollow with an ebony fretboard? (o.k., so it doesn't have an f-hole ). -Austin
  8. I thought import Diablos had pickup rings? Anyway, there's no way to match that picture to any particular guitar; the color is too common and the picture is not detailed enough to check for grain matching. -Austin
  9. Welcome! Now post some pics! -Austin
  10. Now that you mention it, my '06 Studio is my wife's favorite guitar -Austin
  11. I'm fairly certain the charge was $150 for my '06 Studio Custom. Worth every penny. -Austin
  12. Plus the douchetastic preachyness of "Open letter to a Landlord" You can tear a building down, but you can't erase a memory.... On the other hand, Reid's tone was sweet! -Austin
  13. Yeah, I felt sorry for him too, but there's no way that was an $800 guitar. -Austin
  14. Eh. Maybe if it had Boomers, but "regular" Calis aren't worth anywhere close to what the ebony-boarded boomered ones go for. -Austin It still should have went for a little over the HFC approved price. It was definitely a score, but it's not like it was Watson for $550 or something -Austin
  15. Eh. Maybe if it had Boomers, but "regular" Calis aren't worth anywhere close to what the ebony-boarded boomered ones go for. -Austin
  16. Just got a response back from the seller to my question: Hey, It might as well be USA, did not have time to see any info on it, or do a research, there was some number on a back, but it's packed now...in desperate need of $$$, so...sold the guitar to the highest just to get $$$ fast. I could probably get more, but...Horrible times... this f...n life is like a toilet paper, it seems sooo long , but you spend it on shit, doing stupid things, it's a shame... , Anyway, life's beautiful, and i do not give a sh.. that it's a lie...CHeers So there you go... -Austin
  17. Happy Birthday! -Austin
  18. I have one that I use every once in a blue moon with my Boss GT8. I have the 18 watt version and it's very loud. Patches will need to be eq'd to have more treble, which is a bit of a pain if you don't have global eq on your unit since the Atomic doesn't have any eq. -Austin
  19. Diablo's have one piece necks too. -Austin
  20. Happy Birthday! -Austin
  21. Hmm, as a seller, I never leave feedback until I know the buyer has the item in question and everything's fine, because IMO, until then, the deal isn't complete. Never thought of it as holding the buyer hostage or anything, just thought of it as good customer service? -Austin
  22. Congratulations! -Austin
  23. Happy Father's Day guys! -Austin
  24. My wife and I are sending positive vibes your way. -Austin
  25. Yeah, I mean, I hate relics and everything, but seeing you with that pristine white strat makes me think relics might have a purpose after all -Austin
