Rocktuna Posted April 17, 2005 Posted April 17, 2005 Peavey Wolfgang Standard, Amber, massive flames, unreal birdseye neck,Been my #1 for years
formula73 Posted April 17, 2005 Posted April 17, 2005 81 Gibson The Paul(ducks to avoid flying objects)
killerteddybear Posted April 17, 2005 Posted April 17, 2005 Bass: Spector NS5 CRFM Guitar: Fender Highway 1 Telecaster, 2003, stock.
atquinn Posted April 17, 2005 Posted April 17, 2005 My current number 1 is my Parker Fly. It just soo comfy to play and I can get lotsa sounds out of it. In terms of strict eletric sounds tho', my Special kills it. I love those P90's that are in it.-Austin
pesocaster Posted April 17, 2005 Posted April 17, 2005 Studio Custom is my #1 live guitar..... But my 2000 US Tele has been my "go to" guitar lately.... on a tele kick....
jisham Posted April 17, 2005 Posted April 17, 2005 57 Reissue goldtop LP w/dark back "R7" -- loaded with WCR Fillmores. A truly special special axe...
Scottcrud Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 my 1993 Robin Raider, one of less than 200 ever made ( the Houston built versions that is). I've never found another neck that equals My Raiders neck.
Travis Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 Charvel 650xl. I've had it the longest and every guitar I get is compared to it. It is a shred metal tone monster. Lately, my pair of Charvel 750xl's have been getting a little more play as well. I sold my two Hamer shredders so the 3 I have left are for my more mellow moods.
m chops Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 For the longest time, my Badger Dave Special (a tele built by Badger Dave out of Warmoth parts) was my No. 1, but while evaluating it as trade fodder, a dead stock T-51 has supplanted it.
Guest Buck Dharma Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 My Frankinstein Non-Reverse Firebird rocks and is feather light. Then my Fatdog Black Beauty then my 93 Special FM.
kurtsstuff Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 An old Kramer Pacer (no pickguard with 2 hummers) thats been stripped of all paint body and headstock w/ original duncans in it and a maple fretboard with some serious fret work needed but...I don't wanna touch it cuz it's the ballsiest, punchiest guitar I've ever owned!!!
pesocaster Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 Hey Greg is that one of those Kewl Agiles?hahahahah That is a smoking looking axe!
serial Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 My current #1 is a Gibby reverse FB1, but my korina Vector (thanks birthday boy!) is a REALLY close second that sounds and plays better. I just dig the FB looks-wise a little more.
DavidE Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 My salmon blush artist custom was my #1 for several years. But I'm in a different type of band and it's fallen. For a while my #1 was my PRS Custom 22, but it's been supplanted by a pieces parts strat built by Paults. It goes to every gig and gets the most play time. It shared some time with my G&L ASAT Classic Semi Hollow last night (killer axe) and I pulled out my import Hamer Vector because I was in a mood and that guitar did great too.But I'm missing my humbuckers, so I think I'm gonna sit down with my rig and tweak it so it sounds best with my humbucker guitars and then make the strat second fiddle.
jujisque Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 My no. 1 is my Phantom Custom. Sorry if I wasn't supposed to post since it is a Hamer, but I love it.
wyldbil Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 My no. 1 is my Phantom Custom. Sorry if I wasn't supposed to post since it is a Hamer, but I love it. It's OK bro. My #1 is my Pepto Pink SS1. That guitar simply RULES!
cloakerz Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 yup..........A Mike Lull strat w/blues special fralins and SD hotrails in bridge. A real good all around guitar for what I do mainly playing contemporary worship music at church.
Caddie Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 #1 for gigs is a Warmoth Tele Thinline. #1 for rehearsals & #2 for gigs is a Hamer Duotone.........or Eclipse.....or Newport Pro.......or Artist.......or....................There always seems to be at least one Hamer within reach at all times.Noonan
