Mini Marshall Stack Lead 12

For sale is a vintage 80's mini Marshall full stack. It's the Lead 12 model and was made in England. It's not the same as the ones today which are made in Korea or China. It's composed of a head, one slant cab and one straight cab. There are 10" speakers inside. It's in excellent condition with just a little tear in the tolex on the top of the head. I have more pics if you need them.

$225.00 shipped in the 48 con states. Paypal ok. If give it a couple days then it's off to ebay.

Actually, I made it. I brought it with me to Game 7 when the Devils won the Stanley Cup in 2003. After the game we drank beer out of it.

I had one of those they Kill

Foolishly I sold it to a friend who won't sell it back.

Edited to say not the cup but the amp

My son uses my white one as his feedback generator of choice.

Fun little amps!

Those amps are great for recording. Great conversation piece too.

Those are great little amps. I've since lost my two cabs, but still have the head. They don't sound half bad pushing a 4x12. Right now my Lead 12 serves as my Talkbox amp. I can't stand the thought of using a 50 or 100 watter to blow my teeth out.

edited fer spleling.

No Reverb. Just gain, volume, treble, middle and bass

I read Billy Gibbons recorded Born in Mississippi with a Lead 12. It may have been the combo, but I have the head and requires decent speakers to sound great.

I would imagine that Gibbons mikes up a lot of different amps to generate different sounds, like Jimi Page. Eliminator probably only had one Amp, or two.

Before anybody emails me. This post is from June 2005. The amp was sold years ago.

I love marshall mini stacks... they ROCK, yet they are totally non intrusive

volume wise and look great in the corner of the family room...

BTW: I have a lombardi made of cardboard, a nerf football and tin foil...

I think you just missed his comment that this thread was revived from years ago and was sold long, long ago....
