RobB Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 Or "guinea brat"... Yo, Kiz! What happens when an Alfa Romeo loses a tire? Dago "POP!" Dago FLAT Dago "WOP-WOP-WOP-WOP-wop-wop..." Offered in the spirit of humor from your ever-lovin', Mex-ItalianPaddyKraut. I got all youse ethno-posuers beat by a LONG shot!
zenmindbeginner Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 I saw a first generation Italian girl beat the ever loving shit out of a dude for calling her the "W" word three feet in front of me once.I learned my lesson about ethnic slurs that day and I didn't even have to take a punch or an elbow.Plus, I grew up with plenty of 1st and 2nd generation Americans who don't like those words. So, it may be funny to you all, but I can assure you it isn't comedy.I don't stand for any of it, be it any other racial ethnicity.Like I said, I know you guys think that it is funny, but it isn't.
kizanski Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 Like I said, I know you guys think that it is funny, but it isn't.I think you could lighten up just a touch.Calling someone a WOP and making a joke about shitty Italian cars are two galaxies apart. When the Italian-American community needs help defending itself, I'll be sure to direct them your way.
rj2858 Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 "...funny how, I mean like I'm a clown, I amuse you? I make you laugh? I'm here to f***in' amuse you?"

tobereeno Posted April 27, 2012 Author Posted April 27, 2012 SKID ROW: 18 and LifePause it on 2:10. My favorite Hamer of all time!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAQq72ULF_g&feature=player_detailpage#t=130sah! so that must have been the inspiration for the reverse headstock candy red Standard that Hamer built a couple years ago. Very cool guitar!
Disturber Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 Cool live clip with Tom Dumont and a nice Korina Vector. New No Doubt album out in September. Nice film clip from the studio on nodoubt.com
Disturber Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 Billy Bremner and the Dan Armstrong headstock Sunburst. Classic. I asked him about it some years ago. He said he didn't know where it ended up but that it was a great guitar, on the heavy side if I remember correctly.

Hamer Dave Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 There are a number of videos on youtube of Jon Herrington playing steely dan tunes at the Iridium in New York. Just do a search on "Jon Herrington". He's using his Talladega Pro in most of them. Here's one: Lots of shots of Lyle Workman and his Hamer with Todd Rundgren live on the Nearly Human tour 1990. This was a great concert. Saw it in Chicago. This video i believe 'Japan', Todd seems out of it, like he's bothered with allergies, or migraine?
Hamer Dave Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 Can't forget the Tommy Williams dayglo Yellow SS featured all through Debbie Gibson's 1988 'Out of the Blue' Tour/Video, and you can spot it on the Electric Youth video with it's L.E.D. fretboard markers. Also in the Hamer Action/Reaction guitar catalog. freeze @ 2:49
currypowder Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 Matt Guitar Murphy is playing a cool black sunburst in this clip.
Hamer Dave Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 Martin on Marimba, hooray!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHP78LyxdrUGreat feature of the Sunburst in black!!!! Yeah baby!

No answer necessary, I'm sure none of us want to know! LOL
