Just MY OPINION.Ya know, despite my fondness for kitschy, 80's graphic finishes, I am with you on this one, Chris. For whatever reason, it just doesn't do anything for me. Might be that it's somehow beneath Hamer. To me, Hamer always represented the thinking man's/working musician's guitar. The holoskull, while somewhat novel, doesn't quite rise to that.

It does make me wonder how much one with an ebony board/boomerangs (like mine) would fetch if this one is already over $1.6K!?

Now, if I were a collector and it was a reverse head-stocked Cali with boomer, ebony and the holoskulls, I might be more inclined to pursue it.
