Itty-bitty clean boosters?

Asking for a friend.  I'm blanking on the various "single space, single knob" clean boosters out there.  I know there are some really decent ones out there for not a lot of scratch.  He's predominantly an acoustic player but he has a fairly impressive pedalboard for his rig.  I don't think he's ever considered a boost, though.

Refresh an old man's memory.  OH! and do you have one to sell?

My top picks for SINGLE KNOB Booster would be.

Fuchs Pure Gain

Dunlop Echoplex (really like this one) less output than the EP Booster but it sounds good.

Xotic EP Booster

Seymour Duncan Pickup Booster

TC Electronics Spark Booster Mini

For a guy playing electric and acoustic, my two choices would be the SD because of the impedance switch would be very useful, or the EchoPlex because it is not a ton of push just a nice lift.

I have not been happy with EH pedals lately, they just seem to color your sound even when they are off. They kind of scream "IM HERE". ;)

Xotic EP Booster.  Hands down the best sounding clean boost I've used.  Mine never gets turned off. It's set up so that dialed down to zero it's at unity gain. I can't describe exactly what it's like but it puts broad shoulders on your sound. If I want to add a little grit I punch in a Wampler Tumnus right before the EP. Heaven. Pure heaven.

Chicago Stompworks Black Friday sale include their mosfet SHO clone for $50 shipped. I own 3 of their pedals and love them all.

Thanks, guys. The TC electronics mini-Spark also came to mind.

Maybe because I mentioned it in my post... Underrated if you ask me as well as the Full Size version, it kills too!

Derp!    Love the full size myself.  It'd probably be more than my friend wants, tho.

Xotic EP Booster. Sold 2, bought another, had one built into a custom multi-pedal. Good warmth/minimal coloration.

The Mooer Pure Boost is cheap and very good.

If he's using it in line with other pedals, I highly recommend the JHS Prestige. Clean boost with a built in buffer.

Is this series itty-bitty enough?

The OD pedal is the green one.

The Mooer stuff is really good and I'm a big fan of the full-size Spark Boost, but with him being an acoustic player, I think the sheen of an EP Booster would be a welcome addition.

Another vote for the EP Booster - closest thing to a talent booster I've encountered.  Made everything sound better, even at unity gain.

I use the ToneBone PB1. Great Class-A buffer and boost. http://www.tonebone.com/bigshotpb1.php

The only boost I would trade this for is the Fulltone 2B, but that one does not have the drag control option and a different, (might be just as good though), type of buffer than the PB1.

Unlike most buffers that employ integrated circuit chips (ICs) that color the tone and give buffers a bad name, the BigShot PB1 employs the same 100% discrete class-A circuitry that is used in the award winning Radial JD7 Injector and employed by many of the world's most discerning guitarists including Carlos Santana, John Petrucci, Steve Vai, Neil Schon and John Mayer. The JD7's discrete class-A circuit is preferred over off-the-shelf class-B chips due to reduced zero-cross distortion, improved phase response and the resulting smooth Bessel curve that delivers beautifully cascading even-order harmonics and natural warmth. This is augmented with Drag™ Control load correction that lets you adjust the impedance on your pickups and dial-in the tone and feel as if connected directly to your amp.
