Guitar #2 looks great (tortoise shell binding!) but I don’t believe the roller bridge is stock and I wonder why there aren’t any photos of the peghead and serial number.

The guitar in ad #2 doesn't look like a jazzburst to me, almost a 59 burst sorta, but not exactly.

Well, the spruce Newport I know has a very nice acoustic voice. I imagine a maple has higher predominant resonance frequencies. Can't speak to the korina.

Ua D Posted February 25, 2021 Posted February 25, 2021 That korina one looks washed out/reddish in the first pic. The rest of the pics of it look more true to form to me. The tortoise binding is sweet. If I hadn’t just picked up the Newport 90 I’d be considering it.
