Just watched part of a recent Cheap Trick show on YouTube. Rick is looking pretty rough. Damn.

We saw Cheap Trick Tuesday.  Rick looked kinda feeble.  He was moving around like Tim Conway's old man character.

Also seemed to be lower in the mix for most of the show.  Kind of took me out of the first part of the show.  And the set was only 75 minutes.

I think that's pretty normal for them.  I've only seen them a couple times over the years but both were closer to an hour than 1.5.

75 minutes is a normal contracted amount for set times.  However, what is considered part of a show makes a difference.  For five minutes the audience sat in the dark listening to Highway To Hell and a very short intro tape while waiting for Slaughter to come on stage when they were the only act for the evening.  That counted as part of their 75 minute show.

I'd probably have been more satisfied with 70 minutes of sitting in the dark listening to AC/DC and five minutes of Slaughter than the converse. 🤔

I thought our last couple CT shows were about 90 minutes, but I'd have to look back and see if I made a note about it.

In fairness to @DaveH I've seen IBS and TDC used interchangeably on here. Yes, sometimes it was posted as IBS because the person was not dead but... well, in bad shape. However, in the time it took to post and or to be read, that condition changed to TDC.  Cornfusion is certainly understandable.

It's not a matter of ignorance, I know exactly what they mean... Like diablo175 noted, people were using them interchangeably for a period of time, to the point that I never knew what I was walking in to when I opened a "IBS" thread. Pretty simple.
