Citrus Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 I recently posted how cool it would be to get Shishkov # 26 on the 26th for my birtday.While Mike wasn't able (understandably) to make that happen, he took the time to send me a couple of shots of the top that he selected for it and was getting ready to "glue up" for my guitar.Mike, thanks for getting as much of the guitar to me as possible. A class act for sure!! Will put the shots up, or if Mike wants he is more than welcome to post themCrazy beautiful wood!!!!

He has taken the time to send me photos at several important points along the way. This weekend I got shots of mine assembled and ready for the spray booth - looked like it'd been rubbed down with a bit of naphtha. The grain was incredible. It was all I could do not to reply with the message, "just shoot it with clear and send it to me!" The grain is unreal. "Dr. Tongue's 3D House of Guitar!"
