How to get Ace Frehley tones on the cheap.
Steve Haynie replied to Saul Goodman's topic in Hamer Fan Club Messageboard
I like the Johan Segeborn videos, but he might be running out of ideas for new videos. Then again, was there not a Pignose amp used on a ZZ Top album? -

A friend loves Todd Snider and got a couple of us to go see him. He put on a fun show. Earlier this year my friend saw him again as his health issues were beginning to affect his touring schedule. He is glad he was able to see Todd a last time. I am glad I got to see him once.

Play it and the finish might not matter anymore. I still want a Talladega.

Sports teams convince government to build their stadiums and arenas with public money. The contracts usually allow the teams to take all revenue, and the government is supposed to recoup its "investment" through accommodation tax and tourism dollars flowing to the local community. Imagine being able to get government to build a guitar store building for you and letting you use it rent and tax free.

I wonder if this would sell in today's market?
Steve Haynie replied to Dave Scepter's topic in Hamer Fan Club Messageboard
There will be rabid KISS fans for another decade or so. Flying V's are going to be around for a while, too. They will still sell today. -
Is your Suhr a Strat, or does it just look like a Strat? There have been guitars like the Hamer Daytona and PRS Silver Sky that have design differences. So, how different is the Suhr?

They did play Heaven Tonight live. -
My friends and I saw Ace twice this year. We saw him twice last year. We went to any Ace Frehley show within three hours. We even did seven hours in each direction for a show. We loved Ace!

It is happening! Alex and Geddy will do some shows next year with Jeff Beck's last drummer, Anika Nilles, and a keyboard player.

New Boss Pedals. Poly Shifter.
Steve Haynie replied to Saul Goodman's topic in Hamer Fan Club Messageboard
Will someone adapt their playing to find a use for that pedal, or will that pedal help someone get a sound they hear in their head? Someone out there is going to make that Poly Shifter sound good.
