Ahh yes, I remember him. I don't remember what led to being banned, though I tend to have periods where I don't log in for a year or so. I still have most of my Hamers. I still have my Heritages.

Now I'm wondering why Thorn chose to rename himself to Ting Ho Dung? Because Ting Ho is literally a composer I am familiar with, who was at Montclair State University for quite some time, and passed away in 2023.

As for BC Rich basses... never really understood the allure. Yes, lots of knobs and buttons, but pointy and not nice ergonomics. Give me a Music Man stingray any day of the week over any other bass. Except maybe a Rick. Nothing sounds like a rick.

As I recall, it was due to some SOB stalking/following him, so he added a nom de plume.
