Luke Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 http://cgi.ebay.com/1-Of-A-Kind-WWF-WWE-Ha...1QQcmdZViewItem Me wants it, and only $7500 BIN, a bargain to boot!
cmatthes Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 Looks like an import headstock to me..."Made by Hamer"?Or "Made with Hamer parts"??
HamStd Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 The guitar was made by Hamer. I believe Jim Allen was involved in the original order for the wrestler-Mad Mountain Mike or something like that (can't remember his name). He was suppose to come out with the guitar as his prop. If I remember correctly, it has a diablo style bolt-on neck, but I don't remember if Jim O'Connor did the paint job on it. Of course it do go through the hands of Ed Roman at one point. Buyer beware.Peter
serial Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 Another item that proves that simply because something is rare, it is not necessarily valuable.
Mindseyes Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 If wrestlen isent real..........oh ....nevermind.

Peter Interesting - I'd definitely want to see a better shot of that headstock...wait - no I wouldn't! Rare or not, that one is just goofier than hell! Peter - you KNOW you are a huge wrestling fan, it's okay to admit it. I'll still respect ya.
ArnieZ Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 Luke, You have my promise, I won't bid against you for this one!
kizanski Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 And Jol is ashamed of the Miller guitars???
cmatthes Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 Luke, You have my promise, I won't bid against you for this one! Bwahahahahah!!
HamStd Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 I knew I had a pic of this one from way back when I heard about the guitar. If I remember right, Jim was the one that took this picture after he delivered it the guy for a show. Hey, Wrestling is REAL, just like the Easter bunny and Santa Claus, so quit making fun of it or I'll have to break out the pile-drivers and figure four leg locks!!!!!! Peter.

Guest JackButler Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 I knew this guy a long long time ago in another life.. the character name was Man Mountain Rock.. he COULD play.. he could also wrestle.. had a big amatuer background.. I believe he made it to an Olympic team.. also think he had to bow out due do injuries.. he had some Hamer stuff and a ton of ESP custom shop.Cool guit.. I'd play it.
Guest JackButler Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 He actually used a submission hold sometimes called "The Whammy Bar" or "The Pain Killer".. its a judo/jujitsu hold called wakigatame..also known in some circles as the Fujiwara armbar.. it'll pop the elbow capsule/elbow joint and can also be applied as a shoulder crank.
