murkat Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 I got this from Len a couple of weeks ago. The neck was broke off at the pocket, with some tenon still in the pocket. I heated up the pocket area till the tenon part separated and re attached to the neck. Both body and neck stripped. Neck tenon area will be reinforced at separation points. Till then I will decide on the refin colors. Nice "Salmon Blush" embedded on the maple cap. Thinking of working with that instead of against it...

gtone Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Len's having a great week. First, he scores Serial's redonkulous Ferrari red Sunburst and now gets the unveiling of this incredible cobalt blue one-of-a-kind number that we're all openly coveting. Sheesh - how much good kharma can one man have?
