Buyer WILL be happy with the condition of this guitar. The flame on this guitar is hypnotizing ... very 3D. Deets: *1 piece Mahogany Body *Ultimate Grade Flame Top (picked out by previous owner, at the Hamer factory) *Color is Indigo (maybe the first Standard in that color, according to previous owner) *Rosewood Fingerboard with Pearl Crowns (Crowns no longer available from Hamer) *Seymour Duncan Seth Lovers (Originally had Duncan 59's, but I upgraded them) *Inlaid pearl Hamer logo *Ivoroid bound Body and Neck *Chrome hardware with Tonepros locking studs on the tailpiece *I'm also including some Pearloid tuner knobs, if you swing that way. *Weighs in at 9.2 lbs, on my digital bathroom scales *Hamer hardshell case included This guitar is excellent condition. I'm the 2nd owner of this guitar. No scratches, no dings on the front. Just some very slight pick marks. There are a couple of tiny pin head sized dinks on the back, which you can only see if you tilt the guitar in the light just right. No boner rash on the back of this guitar. The only mods I did to the guitar were adding a cream selector switch ring, amber knobs from black knobs, and changing pick-ups to Duncan Seth Lovers. Russ Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 I REALLY hope you sell that before I look at it too many more times. Question - What determines if a headstock gets bound on a bound and crowned Standard Custom? I've seen 'em both bound (my 08) and unbound (this one).
