Wonder who that one belongs to..........

Three pickups and a blade switch, but only two control knobs...
I wonder if it'll have push/pull pots?

Have been preping the tops for the next group and man, these are some crazy tops! Crazy in a very good way.  It always amazes me how different the figure is from tree to tree.

This should be painted a nice Tortoise color, it would end up looking just like the case it will be wrapped in.

Magic Marker dots and cardboard aren't very photogenic, Shawn.

Did you not see those plywood cut outs he did a few years ago? This guy can do anything with anything.

It would be difficult to apply any sort of color to that, regardless of transparency.  Absolutely beautiful!

I know that the way that Korina grain lines up on the sides is purely random and coincidental, but I don't think Mike could have picked a more perfect alignment even if he knew beforehand how things would look when the raw blank was first picked out.  That is just amazing how Art and Nature come together in exactly the right way sometimes.

It would be a crime to mess with that.

I guess I'd better get prepared for an angry mob...

So you're saying Chartreuse Sparkle Metalflake would be a bad move here?
