BTMN Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Good on ya! We will have to get you down in February for the next Open House. So what do you think about a 24 piece run of Trans Amber Quilt top Vs with a P90 in the neck and a Dean Mountain of Tone in the bridge? Can I get the Proto? diablo175 Posted April 20, 2012 Posted April 20, 2012 Jeez, Greg. You are determined to drive me into bankruptcy...aren't you? I'm dreaming: Alder or mahogany Dean ML or Razorback w/ 24fret set maple neck, rosewood board, Floyd, 2 H, black hardware, neon green or slime Bee paint... Mmmmm.
Scottcrud Posted April 21, 2012 Posted April 21, 2012 Just what every small handed guy needs, more "big neck" guitars...
gorch Posted April 21, 2012 Posted April 21, 2012 Will this forum turn to praying French fries sticks then? Who's got to pray then, truckers or girls? Great deal Greg!
BTMN Posted April 21, 2012 Posted April 21, 2012 Tampa, Fl. about 35 miles from my house. That's a good thing AND a Bad thing.
Traveler Posted April 21, 2012 Posted April 21, 2012 Dean's are cool, I rescued a 78 patent pending Z flame series that I'm restoring and own #23 Lost 100 Z in BBurst. Still on the hunt for my first Hamer Korina Standard though!

veatch Posted April 21, 2012 Posted April 21, 2012 Dean's are cool, I rescued a 78 patent pending Z flame series that I'm restoring and own #23 Lost 100 Z in BBurst.Welcome, Traveler. Cool looking Deans!
clmazza Posted April 23, 2012 Posted April 23, 2012 Right on, Greg I have a custom shop Z in the works as I type....
zorrow Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 Good news! Greg, do you have any import 35th anniversary Dean V in stock? I might buy one, depending on the type of heel/neck pocket they feature. PS: I will also need a goldtop V with P-90's and a matching Series II headstock, but that will be just eventually.
cmatthes Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 I've been very impressed with the stuff Dean has been putting out over the last few years. I think they really have their $#!+ together.I'm a fan of the "classic" Dean designs, not anything more modern (Razorbacks, EVOs, etc.), but I do appreciate the fact that they're coming up with new stuff that appeals to the people who play/buy 'em.I'm looking forward to some sicker "BCR" runs of stuff in the near future...
bubs_42 Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 It would be hard to walk away from a BCR Soltero with a BIG FAT NECK!
