David B Posted April 9, 2014 Posted April 9, 2014 My pickups are on the way Jackass. Keep an eye out.
specialk Posted April 9, 2014 Posted April 9, 2014 Once again, thanks to all the folks at Hamer for keeping us up to date with the pics of their incredible work showcasing some kickass custom orders!
Northfield Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 It looks great, all polished up and stuff. I just hope we have the screws for the pickups, Jackass!?!?!
coolfeel Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 Fuck yah - that is amazing! David B is gonna cream his drawers...
Jackass Posted April 11, 2014 Posted April 11, 2014 I have everything except the rod cover. We'll figure that out. Personally, I don't keep a truss rod cover on any of my guitars, acoustic or electric. I also don't wear underwear.Bm

BTMN Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 AW Man! I always wait to look in here last when I see it has been posted to on Sunday mornings. It always has the BEST Saturday posts.
anotherfreak Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 WOW..............totally speechless..........
gorch Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 Jackass rocks!!!!!!!!! It doesn't need a video to see what's going!
Northfield Posted April 15, 2014 Posted April 15, 2014 From this point on only close up shots..... PS: Jackass is trying to locate the other four strings..
Bobby Marshall Posted April 15, 2014 Posted April 15, 2014 Looks like an old bell trc would fit just fine on her. What a guitar!
David B Posted April 15, 2014 Posted April 15, 2014 From this point on only close up shots..... PS: Jackass is trying to locate the other four strings.. Nice!
RichRS6 Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Feck ! This just gets better and better.I'd want a Gibson shaped TRC like the old Standards have but I don't think one would fit as the route looks too big.Is this the reason why they changed from the Gibson shape to the strange shaped TRC they use now ?

It may or may not cover the route, I'm not sure either. If it fits properly, that will be cool. If not, I'll go with the new style which also looks good.
coolfeel Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 This gonna be one helluva Standard - may be the closest they have ever produced to the original 4-digits since that era...
devrock Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 I'm really confused right now. There are still some Hamers being finished up???

cmatthes Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 I'm really confused right now. There are still some Hamers being finished up???Yes.Orders that were placed before the early December, 2012 cutoff are still being finished. Those are what we're seeing here in this thread.
