MIII's are killer guitars, and aren't falling out of the trees. The price is in reasonable territory for one of those.

I've got a regular Monaco with Phat Cats in it, so I'll probably get in trouble for saying it's possibly redundant to have 3 P-90's (ducks head). Though getting a Nudie suit for it would be an awesome pairing.

Though getting a Nudie suit for it would be an awesome pairing. Monaco III's and Newports with Phat Cats are not very similar guitars at all. Other than that they both have Bigsys. They sound and feel pretty different. The MIII is like a strat on stereoids. Can be rawer and rock pretty hard. But does blues and jazz too. The Newport is more of a twang banger. If I could keep only one I'd keep the Monaco III. In my book the best single coil model Hamer built. Very unique and cool in every way, and covers a lot of territory. Super useful and sounds great. Looks awesome too.
