Touched base with the seller on this one.  Looks to be about 10 lbs in case anyone is into that, or was looking and wants someting ligter.  Seems like he has a few offers going already.  He was very responsive by message.

If any HFC member has a similar* standard they’d be willing to part with AND post overseas (I’d arrange and pay for all postage costs), please send me a message. I’d be willing to stretch above the $4400 selling price of the subjected one, and you can save the 10% selling fee.

*Similar = Korina, non-bound neck, lightweight, excellent condition, OHSC

What are the neck carves on these like anyway?  I wasn't too interested in this one with the small logo -- if I'm gonna drop $4500, might as well not have any reservations -- but still don't know what to expect neck-wise.  Comparable to other Hamer models?

That is very specific!  Good luck!  I bet a lot of people around here would jump on a guitar like that for a price in that range.  (Not literally, of course).

Weird, isn't it?.. They're both from West Virginia. And he also has the same Gibson, ES137 for sale... Whew!.. I almost bought this to forward to another HFC member... I would be thoroughly stressing out if I did 😳

I guess we can wait and see if Mike Brooks ever receives it.. 🤔

It was shipped so we’ll see. Should arrive Monday .  I did ask him if I could pick it up since I live in Virginia, and he said yes.  But upper north west WV so it would have been a six hour drive for me so I opted shipping

Wow.  Ten pounds?  My custom made Explorer by Paolo Sulcuni in Italy weights 8.2lbs.  And it has a fairly chunky neck.

I have a korina explorer (not hamer) that's also 10 lbs, with a really chunky neck.   I guess I never thought about the weight since these bodies are  huge, 1.75" thick  and I just figured a big guitar like this was gonna weigh more.
