Hamerica Posted November 23, 2016 Posted November 23, 2016 "You know, I can't think of nothing finer than a fine naked woman holding a gun." - Frankie Figs. I don't know Frankie... I think a fine naked woman holding a Shishkov just might top that image. That guitar is going to be killer!

DBraz Posted November 24, 2016 Author Posted November 24, 2016 It never ceases to amaze me how you can go from this to that in such a short space of time (with the right hands). Wonderful.
sonic1974 Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 What is the name of that colour? Really something else!
sonic1974 Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 Like Levi's 501? Whatever is't called, it's great!!

Jakeboy Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 L501 is awesome! Congrats on an incredible guitar!

ptm1diver Posted November 29, 2016 Posted November 29, 2016 When you get it, don't drop it. It may crack in half. The wood is fragile.

ptm1diver Posted November 29, 2016 Posted November 29, 2016 Vote of confidence regarding what exactly? Lighten up, its just a joke. I know Mike makes great instruments and is a super nice person. That is why I have another one on order that I will see in about a year from now, if I'm still here.
cmatthes Posted November 30, 2016 Posted November 30, 2016 In all fairness, he DID specifically type, "LOL"!
ptm1diver Posted November 30, 2016 Posted November 30, 2016 Well I did put in a smiley face. As for this build, when I picked up my ultimate, I saw body #1 and it was beautiful wood. I know how Mike is about wood. He did something for me as a favor and I was ok with the mark in the wood, but he was not and made me a new one. Super job. So I know #3 will be great. Enjoy when you get it.
cwgatti Posted December 1, 2016 Posted December 1, 2016 Imperfections in the wood...? I'll buy that GOLDTOP!!!!!

Playing bar chords in the upper register will be tricky though with those clamps in the way, but you've always had an "eclectic" playing style Mr Braz.
Northfield Posted December 10, 2016 Posted December 10, 2016 While wenge can be a PITA to work with, the end result is very cool!
DBraz Posted December 10, 2016 Author Posted December 10, 2016 Wow. Struggling to find suitable alternative words right now without swearing. Mike that is astoundingly good. (Sorry about the wenge...)
