HamerCustomEr Posted June 16, 2022 Posted June 16, 2022 At those crazy prices?! "Walk this Way! Rip-off this Way!" "Dream On!" "Get a Grip!" Sorry, that's all for now.
The Shark Posted June 17, 2022 Posted June 17, 2022 I've found buying an "artist's guitar" just means paying double. And "condition" is usually somehow an embellishment for a "great instrument" somebody that isn't the artist is dumping. But I'm cynical.
cmatthes Posted June 17, 2022 Posted June 17, 2022 I traded a reissue Strat for Brad’s Standard #0137 and $400 cash.
DaveL Posted June 17, 2022 Posted June 17, 2022 The coa says 2003 on the junior... the property of Aerosmith sticker is a nice touch. It’s a message to criminals that they are in WAY over their heads and they should promptly return it.
Steve Haynie Posted June 17, 2022 Posted June 17, 2022 On other Aerosmith gear there have been stickers with bar codes. The stickers on those two Hamers are likely legitimate. Someone working for the band had to have a system for doing inventory of equipment.
Drew816 Posted June 17, 2022 Posted June 17, 2022 How much for just the "sticker?" Not that I would ya know, "put them" on any of my guitars and claim something, I'm just ahhh, curious. 😉 Brad and Joe are truly guitar crazy, they had a ton. I remember when Brad sold off his Charvels years ago and we thought $3500 was crazy!

tbonesullivan Posted June 18, 2022 Posted June 18, 2022 How... can they mess up the date when they literally have a COA saying it was completed in 2003. The Studio should be a 94... Nice guitars, but damn, too pricey. I mean, they don't mention where these were used.

hamerican gigolo Posted June 20, 2022 Posted June 20, 2022 I remember Kummer had a couple of Brad's Hamers for sale. The prices weren't listed. One was an Eclipse. I sent an email inquiring about it & the price wanted was astronomical.
