Well, after making these things for all and sudry i thought it was time to knock something up for me seeing i'm out gigging again (much against my better judgement !)

2pc alder body, 3pc maple neck with birdseye board and 6000 frets, Gotoh floyd with Schaller tuners and R5 nut, '59 bridge and Jazz neck all wrapped up in a pornstar pink irridescent finish over a black base coat (over the black base it flips to purple in the right light).

I've got a couple of really cool builds coming up this season but in the mean time grab your spandex and lets rock LoL.

I thank you for your kind comments people. I'm always a bit unsure about posting these on here but i suppose if Hamer had a problem Kim would let me know - and it's not as if they don't know i'm making these things.

Anyway, a quick shot to show the colour flip under full sunlight with a phone camera (the Minolta i took the shots above with actually self corrected the colour all the time and it's not my camera and i couldn't work out how to turn the smart features off !)

When I was a lad I traded in a Neon Purple Ibanez RG550 towards my first Hamer. Sniffle.

All it's missing is the mirrored pickguard and it's the one that got away!

Yes, that's a really nice touch to an already well-thought-out design.
