Northfield Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Had a great time at NAMM - saw some old friends (wish I had more time to catch up with all of them) and made some new ones. Saw a lot of really cool guitars, and got to hang out with my brother and his insane guitars. Made it back just ahead of the blizzard and back in the shop today!
sixesandsevens Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Glad you had a great time Mike!I know the guy from the Fender Custom Shop is your brother, and I recognize Nik Huber in his booth... Who's everyone else?
bcsride Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 I'm not sure what to think of that last strat - but it makes me want to practice my scales.
HSB0531 Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 I'm not sure what to think of that last strat - but it makes me want to practice my scales.Comes with matching Faberge Egg (lower right corner).
HSB0531 Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Jeez Willie Nelson got fat! That's Ren Ferguson
cmatthes Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 First pic is Tommy Williams, killer player, super nice guy and formerly musical director/guitarist/keyboards for Debbie Gibson, currently stunt guitarist with The Hooters. Many decades long Hamer endorser, future Shishkov player.Nik Huber is to Mike's right (left in pic) in the next shot at the Huber booth.

Guess he needed to include the Western Bloc Divison of Shishkov. That is an awesome photo. Ren looks good as well. Nice to see the Guild brand. Tommy looks like he is living the good life. Best wishes,Hamerica

The standard Devil hand sign makes me think we could have some cool shredders down the line, or maybe not!
Ted Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Great, Great photographs! I'm late to the Awesomeness of Shishkov Guitars, but I'm alright with that because I am fully on board & a convert now!!!!

It's above thirty but below forty two.
RobB Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 I’ll bet Yuri’s a Picses, probably working for scale.
Feynman Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 These are wonderful photos. I'm really excited for your future. Thanks for putting up with us and making us feel like we are part of it when we all know who deserves all of the credit.
Biz Prof Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 Ill bet Yuris a Picses, probably working for scale. I don't know....sounds fishy to me.ETA....that really is more of a work of art than a guitar. Only the rarest of skills could produce a piece like that. Mad respect for the brothers Shishkov.
