Hbom Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Sorry. Off the wall poke at the G&L ASAT sometimes thought of as Another Strat Another Tele. But in this case I was thinking Another Hamer Another Prs. God I hope I don't get suspended for this. 2 Quote

django49 Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 (edited) I always thought it was, After Strat After Tele......As in, "How should I have done it in the first place, knowing what I know now?" Edited October 19, 2016 by django49 1 Quote
atomicwash Posted October 20, 2016 Posted October 20, 2016 ASAT is an air-launched anti-satellite multistage missile... says the interweb. 1 Quote

PRS I met in early 1987 when he was inking a deal with Sam Ash Music. Very humble unassuming guy (he was wearing jeans & plaid shirt) and I thought the guy in the suit next to him was PRS. I still don't care for his stuff. Quote

Just 2 weeks ago I asked Michael to not dive into that hole. AND THEN I DID IT MYSELF! I am so sorry MR. Dung. Same, though once I learned, I gave her some pointers. She's improved a lot. Dad could cook, but it was just the two of us in High School, and he was overseas a lot. So I could learn to cook, live off hamburger helper, or live off McDonalds. Like building guitars I imagine, it is a perfect blend of creativity and science which is why I think I enjoy it so much. ArnieZ Posted October 24, 2016 Posted October 24, 2016 Every time I see a new post in this thread I'm thinking it may be another Shishkov reveal. Not quite as interested in rolling pins. You guys need to quit getting me excited ArnieZ 4 Quote

Northfield Posted October 28, 2016 Author Posted October 28, 2016 Got a couple of cool packages in today. The new custom fit cases finally arrived, and they fit like a glove. Decided to stick with the burgundy interior, but went with a more vintage tweed look for the exterior. 28 Quote
The Shark Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 I'm so excited to see the first custom guitars finished, Mike. Your artistry is abundantly apparent. Selfishly, I also love the cases. If you ever sell the proto, I'm an able and willing bidder. Damn... 4 Quote
cmatthes Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 I'm once again...speechless! You are NAILING this, Mike! 4 Quote
DBraz Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 I never EVER tire of these shots. The Shishkov forum is still my first port of call on the HFC! 2 Quote

Jakeboy Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 Just like with the Ultimate run, even the cases are badass. You can simply tell the builder really and truly cares. 4 Quote
DBraz Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 These are the sort of pictures we all love here. Awesome! Quote
